Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre & Library london

Absolutely awful. Signed up for a class and wanted to originally cancel due to the heat. Called about 50 times and I was either sent to voicemail or just hung up on multiple times. Ended up going to get told the class isn't on because the trainer isn't in?! No information whatsoever. Then got told I can't have a refund!!! What a joooke. Got manager involved to be my £6 back. Don't go unless you like wasting your time.

This place is terrible! The receptionist (who is old and has dark reddish hair) was behaving in such a livid manner. Also, the rules are shambolic. For example, my 10 year old brother who was quite tall was not allowed in the normal pool (not the deep one) because apparently he was minuscule even though the water was above his chest. We have been confronted over 5 times because we breached some of their minor rules and regulations! I hope the proprietor notices these red flags! The kids pool is terribly maintained. There is lots of foam and hair! I think this calls for a refund! I hope this place becomes out of business because of how terrible the regulations are and how many times I have been encountered upon by the lifeguards. They are also very careless because they communicate very eloquently with their fellow colleagues. One improvement this place can have : just shut it down. You could save lots of money. I wish I could put negative 5 stars but unfortunately not.

Appalling. Seriously, any swimming pool in the Third World is better than this. Inside, everything is old. The changing rooms are broken and dirty. We went on a Saturday at 11:00, and the slide was closed. It took them half an hour to open the sauna, which is very small. Cashiers are extremely rude and the pool attendants even worse. You have been warned.

They never pick up the phone! I have tried several times, several days and it always goes to voicemail. Last time we got there wanting to use splash pool, according to the website it was opened but they told us they were closed! So, unless confirmed by them, we are not risking anymore.

I’ve read all the posts on here and it made me sceptical about going ... however I went today and I didn’t see anything wrong with is pool is decent gym I’m sure is good lots of people seemed to be going it’s adequate for its purposes. Lifeguards are friendly.

Just enjoyed the best spinning class ever with Trevor. I really felt I had done a workout. He personalised my workout to me and the same for everyone else in the class. Highly recommend him. It was so good I'm returning for another class of his tomorrow.

I gave 3 stars before but edit too 1 should give zero actually, someone break into the locker,left my stuff outside no actions taken, couple of weeks ago I got parking ticket? After speaking to staff I found out customer have to book 3 hours free parking online, no one ever told me when I join the gym, I find it absolutely ridiculous seems like all they Interested it getting people money. Zero customer service, when spoke to staff about parking ticket being told its between me and council

I would give zero stars if I could. I was trying to book a session online but the activity was not available at all even when I changed the date for months from now. The FAQs say you have to book online, I tried calling them- the number on google doesn’t go through and it’s different from the one on the website. I called both and it rung then they hung up. I called and ensured it was still open. Why do you not pick up the phone? I understand that perhaps the activity may be fully booked but seriously pick up the phone.

Surprised how well equipped this gym is given the monthly fee. Better then some David Loyyds (Kingston upon Thames) and Virgin Active gyms I've been a member of in the past. Friendly staff, decent space, nice range of weights and machines.

The pools are clean and well looked after, its quieter than a lot of other places and the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful and always welcoming.
