Big store but not so open architecture. Looking for an exit door to Green hill street can make you wander around for a while. Collection is good for a store in Harrow!

Click and collect line is so slow only one person works there. Have been there before multiple times and when I try talk to someone behind the counters I get shut down super fast and told to wait. They literally stop me mid sentence. One particular woman does not give the customers eye contact, no smiles or anything. This isn't acceptable customer service.

What's not to love...its Debenhsms!!! All the lovely perfumes as you arrive. The air conditioning works. Clothes on proper hangers and set out nicely and easy to see and they have the best sales around.

A decent, slightly fading, but reasonable value department store that caters for your family whatever size and shape they are. You csn buy cheap, but also splurge if you wish. Decent toilets with space for families and all the potential disasters.

Went to sports direct, helpful staff but didn't have what I wanted. £17 wet suit for adult. They couldn't order it for me they said because they were debenhams.

Is closed,but 2 weeks ago when I visited was really busy. People was queueing a lot in a hope to get some good discounts.

Nice place to shop. Unfortunately, its due to close permanently and go online. However, there is still time to buy a bargain before it's shut down for good.

There's a lot of good stuffs that are very affordable.

This has always been a Lovely Store, At the Heart of Harrow Town Centre as we used to know, When we also had, our Price Records, Preedys, And Woolworths....Long Gone, As is the High Street as we knew it...... This Store is Still a Credit to Debenhams, albeit the Current Situation and Circumstances, Its well Maintained, Spotlessly Clean and is still very much the only place to go for a Reasonable size store, outside Central London..... Lovely Staff Across the Years, especially a Absolutely lovely lady in the Restaurant, although I think she has now Retired..... Thank you Debenhams ❤❤Many Happy Memories....

Debenhams has always been a store that I can rely on to get gifts, clothes, homewear and much more. Sadly it is closing down for good. The closing down sales have been great. Well worth going to. Due to close nationwide for good very soon. Harrow will never be the same without Debenhams.
