I have bought at least 5 items from this shop recently and I returned last week to buy a new microwave. The service was second to none, the lady spent over an hour making sure I was buying the correct one for me. The price was very competitive and was delivered on time. It did not fit and immediately the two fellows took it back to the shop with me following to choose a new one. This again was exchanged no problem and my 2nd new one was delivered and this one fits perfectly. I would say it is impossible to get such service and competitive pricing anywhere else. Service with a smile has not died yet.

Great customer service. Price was very competitive. Installation was not a rip off, the 2 chaps that came were very thorough and professional. Sorry didn't get your names. Sachin came round to ensure installation was proceeding according to plan. I wish shopping were normally this easy and straightforward. Shop locally in confidence.

Excellent service from Sachin in getting our freezer and dishwasher replaced. Service was quick - they sorted out minor issues with sizes etc and kept me informed all the time. It was very quick. We have also used them for a property we rent out which needed a replacement fridge freezer. Again excellent service and they communicated well with me and the tenant who was very pleased. Highly recommend them.

Brilliant advice and help from Sachin with an oven we needed replacing, they were able to deliver the next day, install and dispose of the old oven. Excellent and efficient service with great communication throughout, would highly recommend.
