I’ve had an excellent experience with Rolfe East, and Fleur (my agent) in particular. Every stage of the process has been very smooth, right from my initial viewing, right through to the final stages. AWFUL AGENTS. I moved out almost three months ago and have still not received my full deposit refund. The agents paid me a random figure which was not what I originally paid in deposit. For three months I have had to chase up on their mistake and yet have received nothing, they've been super unhelpful and have had no urgency in getting this money back to me despite it being their mistake!! Useless. I honestly would not recommend them at all.

These guys are simply the best. I picked up the keys to our dream home yesterday, and was delighted with the service throughout.
