Wenzel’s the Bakers london

Sausage roll, where was the sausage meat!!! Without any doubt it was quarter thick of a normal sausage. Pastry was overcooked & obviously left too long in the heat cabinet. Never again. Greggs we will be back.

I ordered 4 sandwich deals and when I got back to the office they'd forgotten to put one of the sandwiches in, I called and spoke to the manager who apologised and gave her name to mention for next time. Two weeks later I went and told them what happened and mentioned her name and they said they couldn't help because she wasn't in!!! It took a long argument to convince them that I was right, and get the sandwich that I'd paid for!!

This bakery is excellent, I’ve always gotten a good service whilst there. The bread is excellent and I love their jam donuts. 10/10 from me

the worst food ever errrrrrrrrrrrr

I come here almost every morning, the food is great. The service, however, makes me feel unwelcome and I would go elsewhere if i had an option. This particular morning though there was a really friendly lady serving, her name was Andrea. Thank you, Andrea, and your colleagues should learn from you.

My favourite bakers. I've shopped in many a Wenzels but this is the only branch where the assistant 'forgot' to put the sausage in the roll last week. Got to work and took out my meal deal for later, eagerly wanting to take a bite of my sausage in a roll. Almost thought I'd been charged and it forgotten and there was the lonely sausage all by itself in a heat proof bag. Not the same.

Lovely Quaint Bakery. Food is delicious as ever. Staff are incredibly polite and perky!

They never have selection, and bad customer service

Last time I came they didn’t open on time and half an hour later. I’ve not seen a Wenzels do that before until now. Aside from that it does offer the usual good stuff. Management needs to rework the things here.

Products are good and fresh. Very happy to see Rye bread there.
