To be honest with you, you should not appoint this place to and Tamil schools. They just waste a hell of a life time lol.

The old ladi at the reception is so rude and not helpful at all. Never been useful to me.

Very poor, honestly I was at the que for over 17min and when I finally got to the cashier the lady told me I can do it by self on internet pad but then I said to her it would have been better if one staff told me that earlier. I wasn't happy at all.

Very good.sometimes the system is down .but not staff fault.

Very slow service. Only 1 person on counter waited over 15 mins to be served

This is my local branch & I only really use it to make deposits if I'm in Greenford. I use the machine to do this so I never need a member of staff to help. Recently they have been closing the branch between 12.30 & 1.30 pm due to shortage of staff. I understand this but when I turned up at 12.25 & the door is locked & I was very rudely told that I couldn't use the machine it left a bad taste in my mouth & I will only ever use Ealing Broadway now.

Not being able to sort an issue over the phone with their call centre, I went to the branch and even during this difficult times due to Covid-19, I had a fantastic customer service from Mrs. D'Souza. Had to go twice and she provided a great service. Thank you.
