If staff could spend less time talking to each other and more on serving customer I'd be handy. Why close a counter when there is a queue of 14 people waiting. Add more staff specially when it's busy like on a Saturday at noon.

The location is good, the atmosphere is great. It was my first but most definitely not last visit since I've decided to make it my bank. Professional and polite staff, quick service and quite lovely interior. I loved it and you will too.

Only 2 cashiers available at any time I have been into this bank to pay my credit card bill every month over the last 3 months. Long queues which are quite literally out of the door!! I had to make a complaint and wasn't offered much of an excuse other than to use the machines. I timed myself & was amazed that I managed to deposit cash into accounts at Santander & HSBC quicker than compared to the time spent in the NatWest!!!

I don't usually go to Natwest, but it so quite a good bank, especially as there are quite a lot of rival banks around it. It has friendly staff, with good air conditioning, especially in the heat. Would recommend this bank to people.

2/ 5

Natwest is my main service of banking. Its incredibly unfair that the bank doesn't open on weekends still despite lockdown being over, no facility to deposit cash from outside either. As an NHS employee I've been unable to visit the bank for a year due to shift work Monday through to Friday, silly opening hours as well.
