Great Branch and lovely ladies serving with a smile. The only Co-op Branch left in the area I hope the top brass don't close it.

Friendly helpful service. Highly competitive products too!

Went in to have some details verified, 3 counter staff all very pleasant and chattty. Dealt with very quickly. Other customers dealt with in a similar, pleasant manner.

No phone number??? Love the Co-op but the staff here are ridiculously poor.

The customer service here is really very poor indeed and can at best be called 'service with a snarl' I would suggest they train some of their staff how to talk to customers. As a retired senior manager of a public service company if one of my staff treated me the way that I was treated today they would have been both reprimanded and sent for retraining

Good bank, but shame there are very few branches in London. The Ealing Broadway branch is probably the best with very helpful and friendly staff. Alma is the best and most professional, with never stopping friendly smile.
