Halifax Uxbridge was once amazing, friendly staff who knew you well and were efficient and helpful.

Halifax Uxbridge was once amazing, friendly staff who knew you well and were efficient and helpful. Now no matter what time you get there, there is always a queue - whilst they take their time chatting amongst themselves and you wait and wait and wait. Horrible place. Barclays next door have really pulled their socks up, incredibly organised and functional and no matter what your issues are - they get sorted promptly.

One of the worst branch to visit. The cash deposit machine is half the time broken down and the staffs are very unhelpful and rude. They don't even deserve 1 star.

This branch is closed much of the time. There is usually a sign on the door appologising for the inconnvenience, which is highly frustrating when you have made a special journey to go there. The staff look most unhappy in their work . Ive been a customer for many years and cant say its a pleasure to attend the branch but when needs must its not open. Pathetic!
