They can be rude.I noticed they are nice to South Asians when their are South Asians but not so nice to Europeans specially to East Europeans.Lot of machines inside but I would go to Chiswick or Kingston. They looking at you with jelousy when they know u have open saving acount or ISA with them like beacause u are foregian u shouldn't know this things because u have accent well guess what I can read English info online.I would not go there for Mortage advice that is sure why when u can go to Richmond.

Staff are rude and you get asked what seems like a 100 questions just to get your money out in cash.

Disgusting staff and service, they don’t have a clue about customer services, will make you wait forever and there’s a lady seema she’s arrogant and had no information about application and customer service won’t ever open any account with HSBC ever not the place for Customers and keeping your money with.
