Had to submit documents to be scanned to set up my business account , their scanner was so poor that it couldn't scan proper. Imagine trying to be top class bank but couldn't afford a proper printer/scanner. Oh I had to wait 1hr in the queue. Horrible experience

Horrible experience!! The customer service was awful, the person who serve me definitely should work on his manner and how to treat another human!! After 15 years of being Lloyds loyal customer definitely will change the bank. Avoid!!! Don't deserve even 1 star

Appalling customer service in Ealing branch. Last Friday morning, there were two staff in the reception area whose job seems to be to see what you are there for and if possible, try and get you to leave! I didn't have a choice but to visit in person unfortunately, and was very rudely and incorrectly told at first that they could not deal with the matter. When I said that I had a letter from Lloyds telling me I could get this done at the branch, I was then told that yes, they could deal with it internally?!! Would someone please train these staff to know what they are supposed to be doing and how to deal with customers in a polite way.
