The staff were incredibly helpful. I was in an absolute panic - I didn't have a paper bank statement as proof of address for my Life in the UK test. Rather than leave me waiting, someone came to ask what I needed and, as I was next in the queue, had someone come help me within minutes. Maybe the fact that I was having an asthma attack in their lobby helped, but either way the staff were incredibly helpful. Thanks to them, I made it to my test in time.

Have to say the negative reviews are highly suspect. After the holiday from hell I visited this branch under the worst circumstances. I had my card stolen, only had a passport as ID and everyone from the customer assistance clerk to the teller helped me order a new card and get cash in a very prompt and courteous manner. I found everything in this branch to be what I expect from Lloyds Bank. If your on your lunch break or visiting during a high traffic time and they're not working fast enough then the problem is you not them. 10/10 highly recommend

Quite rude staffs and Very slow services. They have made critical errors for my account, but no apologies at all. They even smirked when they were dealing with their costumers... Not a decent branch at all.

Has to wait long time. Waited so long around one and half hour till the bank closing time just to get cash, online not possible right. There was one very unhelpful lady rude behaviour and for her you are invisible. Asking her something is they doing a favor on us without knowing it is complex system for customer so I went online and reduce the balance to a very minimum. Not good for for-ex.
