West Star Nails london

Last month was my first time visiting that nail salon. To be honest I was happy how my nails looked with the gel. However, today I went there again to get the gel off and get some manicure. The result you can see by yourself on the pictures I uploaded here. I am very disappointed not only by how my nails look now but also of the attitude the woman had. She was constantly checking her phone and I have the feeling that was the reason why she did not have done a good job.

I got perfect acrylic nails and they lasted very long. Plus the price is absolutely convenient and the place is clean and well managed.

I really loved my nails, polite staff and the lady did a fantastic job. I will definitely be coming back

Good service, nails are always done to a high standard and they try to accommodate all clients although they get very busy on a weekend.

Very happy . I wasn't happy with my nails at first.. Iet the manager know she very kindly took them off and re done them with no issues or any problem. My nails look amazing and I am in a good mood . I’ve been getting my nails done from here from a few months now. I always go to Ivie, she is amazing! And always does a good job on my nails and pedicure. All the staff are really nice and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend a better place!

I had a full set of acrylics done and the service was very good and friendly. No wait time, they have a great variety of colours and styles that are new. Would go again and recommend a friend. They also have a loyalty card which is great if you come regularly

Amazing service and absolutely loved the nails that Ellie did for me. She was really lovely and made sure she asked me step by step what I wanted. One of the best designs I’ve ever had, will definitely go back!
