Bad Attitude. Come in here to get my eyebrows done and the atmosphere I was welcomed with from the three beauticians was not acceptable. I was made to feel like I was putting them out and wasn't worth their time and they didn't want to do it. I called out the beautician on her attitude and body language and told her I could go elsewhere, she denied that she had an issue. I shouldn't have to be made to feel that way so I'll go elsewhere. Poor service and poor attitudes. The Owner is fine.

Amazing team . I cannot fault the services at all. I had made some suggestions and the owner took it on board and so did the therapist. The team do their best to fit you in on the day . I would not go anywhere else.

Really disappointed with the service. Went in for a shellac have some extremely pink varnish on my nail for a French manicure which is no where near natural! Was told I should have said something to the technician. I did! And then told that’s the colour they use! Surely the service should be tailored to the customer not a generic colour. Won’t be going back. Very disappointed.

Really recommend iBar for laser hair removal. Cheap prices but a very very good service offered. Fantastic value for money. So happy with my results - Faroo is amazing!! Staff are ways friendly, helpful and professional.

I have been a client of iBar since 2012 and have always had the best service. Everyone is always positive and the service is of the highest standard. Since re-opening, with the new measures, the whole place looks great and very clean. Everyone is following the Government guidance to the letter. Highly recommend all the services.

Sarah has been threading my brows since 2009!! I lover her! I love her work! Recently started microblading with sarah and I love it! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows!
