Love this Salon. i had some difficulty finding somewhere to do eyebrows and eyelashes after moving to ealing and had some horrible experiences (we all know how important eyebrows are) but the ladies here have done an amazing job fixing my eyebrows. i have seen 3 different therapists here and they all have been great (and all gave the same advice on how to fix/shape my eyebrows) which just shows they know what they are doing. Their online booking service is so helpful too as i can be quite busy with work. I have recommended to a few people and they love it. A godsend for your brows!

I have been using this salon for almost 10 years. I've had a range of treatments from HD brows to peels and massages and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are friendly and always happy to advise on your skincare routine without trying to sell their latest products. Their customer service and treatments are second to none.

Always professional, super clean and very nice and polite beauty therapists . They are amazing and very friendly and great at what they do. The place is super clean, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I have been going here for the past 4 years and I have recommended to all my friends and colleagues, who are regular customers as well.

My wife booked me a facial and massage at Silky Smooth Ealing for my birthday. Not really keen on such things, I was quite uneasy leading up to my appointment. I have to be honest..... I’m a convert now. It was an amazing experience. The treatment and the service were incredible. My first impression was that the establishment was VERY clean and as soon as that observation was checked away, the ambiance slapped me in the face. After the treatment I became a convert and will definitely be going back (ssshhhhhhhh don’t tell my wife). Hate reviews but this place deserves it

Had a lovely facial at Silky Smooth today. It was very professional, relaxing and effective. The only problem I have is that twice now I have paid for a 75 minute facial that barely lasts an hour. My 75 minute facial today got underway at 11.10 but finished at 12.10 instead of 12.25. I know this makes me sound picky but I paid an extra £12 for 75 minutes that I can definitely say didn’t happen. I didn’t say anything to the therapist as she was very good (plus it’s embarrassing to have to bring it up) and I was happy with the facial but I should’ve only paid £48. I’d like to continue using Silky Smooth but I do feel a bit ripped off.

I have always had a great experience when I have had treatments done at silky smooth. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. I regularly get my lashes done here, and I would never go anywhere else. The quality of the treatments are amazing and I will continue to use their services for as long as I can!

Absolutely love Silky Smooth! Service is always amazing and I’ve had fantastic results with my laser sessions. Cannot recommend them enough!
