This is probably one of the worst salons I have ever been too. I used to go due to the convience but this Is the third time my eyebrows have been butchered! One of the workers is excellent but the rest I can’t say the same. So the first time my eyebrows were completely ruined. The manager there at the time (a lady in her 40s I’d say) just told me they’d grow back and was more concerned about getting her £3. The second time no management and the third time I just couldn’t even be bothered to complain about it. It’s been 2 weeks and my eyebrows have gaps and every morning I’m so angry looking at them, which lead me to write this review. Management seem to pop in every now and then to look at the money then go off again. They only have one staff member to do waxing, threading and all treatments -sometimes they call someone to help if it’s extremely busy which you then have to wait about half hour. Most of my family and friends have stopped Coming here and prefer to travel out furtherfor their beauty treatments. My advice to this salon would be, focus on your customer service and stop being so tight about saving money.

I have visited this salon a couple of times in the past and each time have had an unpleasant experience, each time being worse than the previous. Firstly only one member of staff is in the salon at any one time and on two occasions I have been asked to wait for 5 minutes whilst the first customers treatment is over. However it is never 5 minutes, I had to wait for 25 minutes and the second time being 45 minutes for a 2 minute treatment. I would have appreciated honesty as if I knew it would be that long I would have returned at a convenient time. Secondly as if the wait wasn't bad enough I had been burnt severely by hot scolding wax which today has left a scar. However the last treatment has resulted in me promising myself never to visit this horrendous salon again. I had come in for a wax treatment, the lady at the salon asked me if i would like to do the treatment at the front of the shop (in view of customers and in view of the public outside). I kindly declined this absurd request and she took me into a treatment room. She then started the treatment by carrying hot wax on a stick from the front of the shop and then bringing it into the room to apply to me. She was running in and out of both rooms several times with hot wax dripping everywhere. The treatment I received was despicable and not forgetting to mention painful due to the wax being cold on my skin by the time it reached me, I have rang up TWICE asking for the complaints procedure and have asked the staff to pass my number on to the manager. Surprise surprise I have not heard back and it has now been 2 months. I am now thinking of taking this up further as failure to comply and follow statutory procedures by this salon is building up great concern for me for other users. I would advise all to stay well away from this 'salon' as they have proven to not be professional at all.

Got my roots done. They didn't cover a single grey hair. They had to go over it twice to cover every single grey hair, and the roots and my hair colour weren't the same colour in the end anyway, my real hair colours black and my hair dye was light brown, my hair is now in two patches with two colours. Waste of money. Also got my faced waxed same day, now have scabs under my eyes due to the wax. I was my face every 3 weeks (I was visiting from out of London at this time) and never has this happened to me. I just think it's a waste of company nothing's done right. Staff were friendly tho.

THE WORST SALON IN HOUNSLOW BOROUGH. I have only visited this salon three times and had enough. They overcharged me three times on purpose and said by mistake. Make sure you check your card machine before you tap and make sure the amount is correct before you pay. Take your customer receipt even if they say no. Otherwise, they will charge you more without you knowing and without proof, you won't be able to claim your money back. Also, don't double tap the card even if they say it didn't go through. However, if it really didn't, check the receipt first as it should state card declined, because they tried that trick on me before. Please be careful when exchanging transactions. Legally they can't refuse to give you the receipt you paid for. Not trustworthy people. Be very careful. Personally I wouldn't recommend this place.
