4/ 5

Heathrow bus station is organised and clean. There is only 1 coffee shop Cafe Nero. Be warned do not leave your luggage unattended as it may be removed and destroyed. While I was there a lady left her suitcase outside her toilet cubicle and I think someone stole it. I helped her ask staff if they took it but they didn't. As I was leaving she was still wandering around in distress looking for it.
