Appalling service. Despite booking a test drive the day before and being told by Lookers head office that "it was in the book and someone will confirm by email" nothing was confirmed. Called the franchise itself at 10.00am next day to find out what was going on and was told, after more time wasted hanging on the phone, "yes we found your name but it's not down for a time. Could you do 2.30pm instead of 1.00pm?" No I couldn't, so they re-entered me for 1.00pm "but your agent might be late". When I got there - no record of my appointment. After another 35 minutes kicking my heels I was given a salesman who took me out on a test drive and didn't open his mouth unless I asked him a question to break the silence. Unbelievable. If this is how they sell you a car heaven help you if you have a problem with it. The place is clearly appallingly managed and too big. Jaguar/Range Rover have lost themselves a very lucrative sale - £75,000 to be exact. Volvo here I come.
