Shocking customer service from Hertz. Received an invoice where there are all sorts of added costs, invoice is very difficult to understand. I'm trying to get in touch with Hertz but cannot get through and nobody is replying or calling me back. Also when dropping the car off at Inverness airport, was not clear how to drop off and where. Nothing was explained to us. Scammers! avoid, avoid, avoid!

It is very good place for rent a car. Very nice personnel and attractive price for a news cars.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This company scams every penny out of you and makes the process seem above board only to not supply invoices and receipts and then over charge days later. Use anyone else. Enterprise actually understand what a customer is.

Had a rental from Hertz which got a puncture in a barely legal tyre and the charged me 65Euros, complained and told a refund was on it's way on 24/1/2020 in 3 to 10 working days. STILL NOT GOT IT and they are still fluffing about. Would I rent from them again? NO.
