Good/easy handover and return of car. Staff are courteous and professional, so all in all very good. Should mention location isn't the easiest to get to (you'll need to take a bus, else it's a bit of a walk from the nearest rail).

Picking up and returning the rental car from the Brentford site was very smooth and quick. The staff were extremely courteous and professional. Also, the person that I spoke to at the call center was beyond helpful and managed to secure me a better rental deal than the one I had seen online. A big thank you to Ben Fidler and his colleagues for being so helpful.

The kindest and the most efficient customer service ever. Took me only 10 minites from enter to exit. So happy that this place is nearby my home. Don't even bother to find other place to rent a car.

They are really a helpful bunch of people. I hired van for house removal. Very stressful day already and I messed up my card payment and they went out their way to find a quick solution. This truly saved my day and as I was still able to drive off on time. Handing vehicle back after I was done was hassle free and they did not make anything up. It took less than 5min. Massive help for allowing me to park for free my own car at secured premises. Very helpful in London.

Where do I start with this review. Sabbir, (the young man who served me) was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was super happy from the jump and made the whole experience wonderful for myself. I hadn't driven in the UK for some years now since I live abroad and he made sure to not only listen to my needs and requests but he went above and beyond to make sure he met my high expectations. He understood I preferred an automatic car and made the necessary changes for me at last minutes notice. Sabbir, you're a kind soul with a bright future ahead of you. Very disappointed with these guys. I called and booked a van over the phone a week in advance. I turn up to collect van and was sadly turned away due to some issue with my address.. on the day of me moving house. Thankfully Currie motors car and van hire in Twickenham where able to help me at short notice thank god. And we're a couple of hundred cheaper as. So if your wanting a rental try them before you try this very poor customer service company.
