Very helpful, friendly and efficient. Easily accessible via Heathrow. Car was clean, reasonably priced and easy to hire. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Been using this depot for several years now on my regular trips back to the UK. They are always priced very competitively. Considerably cheaper than Hertz and Avis. The vehicles are excellent and for me the service has been first class. Issues are dealt with fairly often with free upgrades or other help. The duty managers are excellent and have never failed to make me feel like a valued customer. I have never had an issue with returns either and my deposit is always refunded promptly. Will continue to use and reccomend.

Swift no nonsense service by a very polite team. Transfer from T4 to their base was hassle free - the only thing that would have made it better would have been better signposting to the pick up/drop off point. Returns procedure slick. V impressed. Car was clean and new too.

Terrible service, was told shuttle service was on its way yet waited over 30 minutes for a place a couple miles away. DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you like pointlessly standing around.

Buyer beware. Will never rent from this group again. To start with, the service at check in was super slow and they tried very hard to upsell me insurance. They upgraded me to a bigger vehicle without my asking and that was great. However, I made the mistake of dropping the car off before they had opened and was not present for their inspection at drop-off. They alleged "damages" to the vehicle and charged my card more than $1700 to cover the cost of repairing a scuffed wheel and tire; which they claim I caused (I am pretty sure I would have felt it had it been the case). Regardless, I feel that this is an exorbitant amount and while they claimed that this work was "necessary" they will not produce an actual repair invoice nor give me the parts that had to be replaced as proof that they actually completed the work. The company is telling me that the work will be completed once the vehicle is "de-fleeted" , yet they had established, in the cost estimate they sent me, that a tire had to be replaced and a wheel alignment performed. I doubt that those items were necessary and, if indeed they were, that they would wait until they withdrew the vehicle from their fleet to do so. I have been renting cars for 45 years all over the world and this has never happened. I feel that I got taken: lured in with a low initial cost and then getting charged bogus charges to make up lost profit on the rental.

Very efficient staff. Shuttle service was very useful and shuttle driver was helpful with directions from drop zone to terminal.

Shame it doesn't open until 0830 - not helpful for an airport car rental location!
