This has to be the worst rental company that I’ve dealt with in all the years I’ve rented a vehicle. The only reason I’ve given a one star rating is because I can’t do anything lower. Picked up the car on Saturday only had my debit card I explained that my car had been stolen and didn’t have my credit card but would be happy to do it on my debit card. But have been charged £160 for the use of my debit card. Which I think is ridiculous! I had to give in as I had no choice as I had my children with me. I then proceed to take the vehicle only to find out that this Mickey Mouse operation hasn’t even done any of their checks on the vehicle before sending it out. The ad blue warning light was on and the car was filthy plus I was told that there was half a tank of fuel but there was only a touch over quarter. It’s now Monday morning I was meant to go meetings but haven’t been able to do so as the warning light states that I won’t be able to drive if I go over the stated mileage. It’s been nearly six hours and still haven’t had a call back from anyone from the branch!!! The service is appalling I would avoid this company at all cost do not use they’re a bunch of cowboys that only care before they take your money and once they get it they don’t answer!

Great price. Helpful team. Very quick service. Will definitely use these guys again. Needed the car for an extra day which was organised really quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

We've used Green Motion a number of times both at Gatwick and at Heathrow. They have good cars and offer excellent value. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Previously we have always booked diesel vehicles but that option seems to be disappearing. I wish they were on airport as the shuttle etc., more or less adds half an hour to an already long trip. We've now started looking at companies that are located at the terminal and unless they are noticeably more expensive will probably opt for them instead because of this. Update: prices with companies in terminal now mean that we no longer use Green Motion

When one receives a car parking fine one has to take it on the chin a pay up. But when the admin fee from the car hire company costs more than the actual fine, surly this just can’t be justified. £68 admin. Fine £60. Rip off.

I should have read the recent reviews for this trash company... My family and I booked an automatic SUV weeks in advance and Green Motion unilaterally cancelled our rental as we arrived at Heathrow, around 1-hour before pickup The last minute cancellation forced us to scramble and find another rental service that was over $500 more expensive due to the short-notice. Additionally, the best part, Green Motion failed to notify the booking site of their failure in a timely manner and no refund for the booking was issued.
