Dear Sarah, I am sorry to hear of your incident with one of our buses. You are right, we have had difficulty locating the vehicle because there is no damage to the bus. However, we have spoken to your neighbours who have assisted and we have asked your father to send us his invoices. I hope we can resolve this very soon. Best wishes

A CCH bus damaged my parents house in London during a manoevre at the Kensington Hilton Hotel and their driver demolished a lantern and more. Quiet a severe and expensive damage, seen and reported by a witness. The driver hit and run away leaving my parents with a substantial damage on the house. The company did not apologize when we wrote to them, they said without a video as proof they would not be responsible. Glorious! We will go to court with them now and will proceed with the police against the drivers hit and run attitude! Hope he looses his license and that some people avoid booking this unfair and impolite company.

The drivers of CCH Aviation Logistics must always be on a tight deadline. They always speed up and down Holloway Lane and Harmondsworth Road. They pull out of their yard completely disregarding other road users making rude gestures. They pull out on you on the mini roundabout and just don't care. I've even seen a few of the drivers using their mobile phones whilst driving. Not good.
