Extermly bad service. Unproffessional people. Husband just went to pick up 9 seater from them and they said its not available now!!!!!!!!!!! 3hrs before we leave for our weekend away. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

One of the best customer service in the area.

These guys are rip off merchants - make sure you photograph the car before you drive off especially the tyres in detail. £100 excess taken for a tiny nick in the tyre (which the agent found suspiciously fast - less than 10 seconds and it was a few min long) plus the car itself was in shabby state to start with, scratches everywhere and stank inside. Never using them again.

Online booking easy. Pick up & drop off of vehicle was very quick. Staff friendly & helpful. Would recommend.

Just saying the staff at this branch is fantastic would not do justice. I hire vehicles very often and sometimes put in requests at the very last minute. Dwayne, Shakira and Kief have never let me down. They always provide perfectly conditioned vehicles and an excellent service.
