Awful experience. After booking a van they said they couldn’t hire it to me because I was not in the electoral registry, in which I was, and after proving this they still wouldn’t hire me the gd van because ‘the system does not allow it and it happens to people registered in the electoral registry for all of their life’. So I find myself having paid for the van in advance and with no van and no vans available elsewhere. Then they took almost two weeks to refund my money because ‘it goes to America’ when if a person would physically take my money in cash and go to America himself and come back would have taken literally two days. I was lucky I found Reward Vans in Camden and had a seamless experience with them. At least the guy who attended me was a nice chap.

I have hired from most of the major rental companies due to work and travel. This is by far the best location I have dealt with. All the staff are both professional and enthusiastic. They go above and beyond to ensure you get what you paid for! I would like to thank Reece and Tito in particular. From collection to drop off, 5 star service! Vehicle was new and clean, which the same cant be said for other companies that I have used. Will most certainly be returning in future. Thank you!

All positive. We had to wait for our Van to arrive (8am) and to be checked and clean. It was a quick process but make sure you give enough time. I happy I changed my drop of time as it took me longer than expected. My only point to mention is the outside area. Can become very crowded. I never drove a medium Van and by the time I had to leave there was a lot of cars around and very difficult to conturn. It made me shake for a few minutes. A better location would be beneficial.

I needed a car for my wedding back in September 2020 so I thought I’d give enterprise a try seeing as I had dealt with this branch before for an insurance claim and also had a work voucher for 10% I opted for the extra £100 or so for complete insurance cover for a C class however when I arrived they had upgraded me to a 2019 E class as they knew I was quite concerned about having a decent car for the day. Absolutely great customer service from all the guys. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
