The staff were extremely polite and helpful. They provided me with a leaflet for shipping products abroad which was helpful and toon the time to explain things to me despite the fact that they were short staffed and were busy. The prices are high for their normal products which is what you expect at WHSmith anyway

Went in last week a few times to return high lighter pens but didn't have a receipt & unfortunately manager was not available every time. On my final visit a lovely sweet lady named Bhavini Patel went through allllll the electronic system and found my item & gave the refund! My faith in humanity has been restored because of this selfless wonderful person👍🏼

I like the store but not the staff who are working there! Need to improve a customer service!

Very rude staff, they rude to small kids as well, my boy went to buy pens etc and refused to serve as he study in William perkinson school. Why punish small kids for something he has not done. I hope staff kids suffers same as my child did.
