Amazing customer service! Qirat and Omar were fantastic they was polite and extremely helpful, talked me through everything thoroughly and explained it all so I understood, the whole team are so helpful but Qirat and Omar especially as they done everything perfectly and made sure I got everything I wanted and need!

Had a cracking time in this store. I’ve been having a real issue with my phone and have been to several o2 shops. I’m now taking the time to say well done where due. DJ and Dipesh were really friendly and helpful. They made sure that they did all they can to help. Fingers crossed this is my last visit for a while but I’d totally go back there. Cheers guys.

Fraudsters working in the store.!!!!!! Be really careful when handing in your bank card to get verified. The girl that works there had taken my card long number and sent it to the other collegue which was at the front counter, behind me. They were talking through messages. I think she also had taken a photo of my card with her personal phone. All the time I was there they were texting eachother. At one point she said towards him the 3 digits which were my CVV. I had not realised at that moment. The following morning I had notifications on a transaction which was made on a fraudulent website for £360 during the time I was in the O2 shop. Later I had a phone call from someone trying to pretend that they are from Amazon and to give them my email adress to verify my account.They had the phone number as the O2 employees had access to it. I have contacted the police and complained to the company.

Quick service. I went for a swim swap and the guy done it in matter of minutes. I have been here few other times since I moved to Hayes as I have been O2 customer for 14 years. Staff is very friendly and very attentive greet you with smile in the entrance. Latest mobiles are displayed perfectly presentable way and you can find what suits you at reasonable tariff. I used to have 24 months contract but they are doing 18 months contract for latest iPhones. There are lots of other shops Costa, Next, Sports direct, H&M, Sainsbury’s in the retail park with 4 hours free parking. Get a phone deal and can do all the other shopping as well. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Seen some bad reviews on here regarding customer service but I was looked after by Ravi at this store. Great guy, took time to find the best package for me. Thanks mate 👌
