Staff pick and choose when they want to give decent service, unacceptable. Couldn't even put my petrol points on my nectar card. You know when people have been doing the same thing over and over again, they lose there enthusiasm and willingness to achieve. High time this petrol station needs a re-shuffle. To be clear ITS THE Evening staff I'm talking about that need changing. 5 stars to the Morning staff, they're brilliant.

Always friendly helpful staff. Good selection of quality products. Two cash machines. Petrol. Open all day EVERY DAY. What more could you ask for? Thanks M & S :)

M&S petrol station, selling the usual array of M&S foods with your basics. Staff were a bit off today, typically more welcoming and helpful not today.

Friendly female staff, males not so friendly.

They are fantastic . Today they way they handlers the queues were superb. It was fast very fast. The staff were honest and not allowing any one with preference and I just had to wait for 20 min to get it fuelled. Excellent job guys

Awful customer service. Staff telling customers to hurry up when getting items and charging you extra for items you didn’t buy. Pls double check your receipt after you purchase from there, they’ll add items you dont buy!!!

Milk was expensive.

Does no one wear face masks in the place. Not staff our customers. It's a free for all. Clean and tidy yes but we do have an issue world wide with a virus.

Definitely the best hot chocolate!
