Nice little shop. I like the fact that it’s open until midnight & I never had an issue with their staff. It’s a small shop though and therefore it’s highly possible that you can’t find everything you want.

Horrendous! Nothing is priced correctly, chilled goods are not correctly chilled due to doors for refrigeration constantly left open (the amount of times i have witnessed staff just walk past them without closing them is staggering!). Staff are unhelpful and just dont seem to care. Place is pretty grubby. I would strongly suggest using the Sainsbury's down the road.

Store is okay. Staff are fine, wouldn't say friendly but they're not unfriendly, if that makes sense. My biggest gripe is the selection of Vegan foods. Northfields has a HUGE vegan community, and Tesco as a company, between plant chef and wicked alone, have tonnes of vegan offerings. Unfortunately Northfields tesco has the bare minimum available, instead stocking a lot of meat and dairy that doesn't even sell. The vegan products they do sell are most of the time sold out, proving there's a demand. It feels like this Tesco is stuck in the past, begrudgingly providing a few vegan offerings so they can say they're trying.

Just arrived at Tesco to find they are shut..... it say they shut at 12am The manager let some ladies out of the shop. Whiles i was at the door he told me he like to close 15mins early so I couldn't enter. This is really bad behaviour and I will be taking this further.

I went in last week and nearly gagged at the most disgusting smell coming from the fridges at the back of the shop (around the cheese and dairy). I quickly grabbed some of what I needed but didn't dare take anything from the back fridges in case the food was contaminated. When I checked out, I let the lady behind the counter know about the stench and she said she'd look into it. I went in again yesterday and nothing has changed. In fact, the smell hit me even before I got near the fridges. It honestly smells like something is dead in there. I can't even imagine how bad the hygiene must be to allow that smell to remain. I cannot face going in there again so am going to have to walk to Sainsbury's instead.
