This Tesco in Harrow is open till 5pm on Sundays, at least what they officially says. I had a few winning scratch cards and came to the tabacoo counter 15min to 5pm on Sunday just to hear that the till is closed as they close the store in 10 minutes . This was insane. Why at they let me in to the store if they cannot provide the service. Why they lie on the opening times information? This is the closest store to the place I live but form now I will make sure nobody from my family will shop there. Best of luck with such a customer approach.

The shop is fine. Lots of products. But the parking spaces for parents and children are usually taken from people who do not have any children with them. Disappointing there is not anyone who checks.

I have no idea who chooses the music, but on New Year's Eve morning it was too loud and not conducive to pleasant shopping experience. The choice was more suited to a teenage New Year's Eve party, not a Tuesday morning shop.

Great store. Very spacious and great variety... Though almost close to 99% of the stock was totally unfamiliar to me, being from a 3rd world country in another continent didn't prepare me enough for this experience, lol! Got a sweet deal for an EE sim card there and got 6GB data on that as well... Couldn't have asked for more, was sorted the whole time I was there. Highly recommended.

Rude, arrogant staff who speak condescendingly towards you. They also treat you like a shoplifter.

Rude, arrogant staff who speak condescendingly towards you. They also treat you like a shoplifter. One Asian/Indian woman in particular who sometimes works the self-service, thinks EVERYONE is a shoplifter. God forbid you get "unexpected item in the bagging area" because then you're looked up and down and treated like a common thief.

Oh I love tesco harrow store. The staff are sooo lovely. It's easy to get around and they sell so much considering it's not an extra store. Been going to this store for years. There is a great range of products to suit whatever your budget is. Staff are awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 every little helps 😀

Decent little store with everything layed out well. Not as huge as the oversized ‘Tesco Extras’ but still a really decent selection of everything. I think you’re missing a lot of custom from a better/bigger cafe. It’s tiny and always packed. With three schools in nearby streets you have a ready-made queue of customers who pick up groceries then wait for kids to finish. Please can you enlargen the cafe and rake in more money for yourselves?!
