Extremely rude staff. Never been served so poorly in any other convenience store. I just got a little confused at the prices displayed and wow...I was spoken to so rudely by two members of staff. Instead of helping me and understanding my frustration they decided to shout at me. I understand they were busy, but that doesn’t mean they can be rude!

As with most Co Op stores that I visit, there was no fresh French bread. I was told 30 minutes until there would be and then was told an hour, maybe longer. The owner/manager explained that the baker hadn't shown up for work yet, and he explained this while grinning warmly. Utterly useless. I'd say that 7 out of 10 Co Op stores I visit never have fresh baked bread ready for when the store opens. People, please don't waste your time or money in a shop that just doesn't care. To Co Op senior management: Go and take a look at how Waitrose do it. Staff on time, products ready on time EVERY time with ruthless efficiency. Sort it out.

Very convenient and very friendly a nice staff. Mostly has everything you need. Some great offers and the company itself is a real example of how a great cooperative style business can work for everyone including the local communities it is in!

In the evening, shelves are often empty and food is never in the same place. I have been shopping there for 3 years and I come almost every day; each time I buy cigarettes I need to show my ID as they don't remember me... this demonstrates high attention to customers. Last but not least when you ask for help they often say "it s there, go and check. If you don't find it we probably run out of it".

Nice design. Great range of items though some can be very expensive. Staff, though, however, have poor customer service skills, and most certainly needs improving. They seem rude, and need to be careful because they give the wrong impression. Can make you feel uncomfortable.

Ever since moving to the Hillingdon area, Co-op food supermarket has been so convenient! They stock all the essentials, groceries, fruits, vegetables, beverages and even some of the nicest desserts. Parking can be slightly challenging as there are only 4 bays directly outside. However, if you’re heading over for a quick shop from Hillingdon Tube Station then it’s perfect as it’s only a stones throw!
