The place needs refurbishment and deep cleaning! The staffs are friendly but I believe the place is poorly managed. Customer experience is key if they want us to Lodge there again. Cobwebs can be seen all over with old and tired facilities. Moulds can be seen on the shower curtains and the sink taps. Room stinks cleaning detergents and no air fresheners. There are cluster of old furniture around the breakfast area too. The management should sit up and not just take money from clients.

Clearly the worst hotel I've never slept in. The main issue is the way rooms are cleaned : simply not cleaned at all. I found old chewing-gums and a rotten lemon under my bed. Every furniture was covered with dust, and there were no soap nor towel in the bathroom. Add to this thin walls which make you hear everything in the rooms next to yours, and you've the ingredients to spend the worst night ever. At least the breakfast was correct and the personal kind.

Flee, you fools! This « hotel » is awful. Everything is dirty and tacky. My room was so tiny, I could touch every 4 walls (if I agreed to touch such mouldy walls). No soap in the « bathroom », no towel... a disgusting odour... Never again. By far the worst place I ever stayed in Europe.

Not a great first impression - shown to an employee loo as too early for room- shower mat dirty. Didn't like the look of the kitchen so didn't have breakfast. Having said that room was cleanish and comfortable. En suite looked quite new.

Booked two nights stay at the hotel, unfortunately my household tested positive for covid. Explained the situation to the hotel they refuse to even give me a partial refund. So £90 I won’t see again! Never will use the hotel again and stay away as they just want your money

Dirty, grubby place, somewhere no one should stay. No breakfast room as shown in photos. Mouse trap under bed😳. Light bulbs missing. Dirty net curtains. Poor electric sockets. Stained carpet. Cobwebs, shower rusty. Owner very unhelpful. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear.

The customer service was absolutely shocking. The lady at reception was rude and showed no empathy. Especially when I couldn't walk. The room was not worth that price too, it was not clean. I would highly recommend no one to stay at this hotel.

Was turned away even with a booking, but honestly, I was somewhat glad. It's without a doubt the worst "hotel" I've ever had the misfortune of being inside. It looks, smells and feels like a drug den through an through. If your choice is stay here, or sleep in your car... the car. Also good luck communicating with the "hostess" who speaks almost no English and seems generally displeased with both her and everyone else's existence. Please do not stay here for your sake!
