Ideal. Easy reach of Heathrow, posh enough, clean enough, spacious standard room. Shower good but plug wouldn't stay open to drain. Staff very friendly and helpful, booked us a pick up taxi for 545am but gave wrong info about payment saying it would be 12quid and can pay card when he only accepted cash, wanted £16 but we only had dollar and so he wanted 25! Would use hotel again happily - food in restaurant nicely cooked and tasty.

Good location. Excellent food served in the restaurant. Restaurant and Bar service is great and the waiting staff is very prompt. Pork ribs were the best on the menu. Enjoyed my dinner.

Original room smelled overwhelmingly of mould, but reception team very quickly moved me to another room. New room was ideal, spacious, big bed, bath. Smelled fresh and clean. Has a plug socket near the bed! Restaurant a little over priced, but to be expected.

Great hotel. Was part of a group. Great food served in the restaurant and reasonable priced drinks served in the bar. Service in the restaurant and bar was excellent. Staff is helpful and very courteous.

Okay, so let’s start with the good things. The staff at the reception was pretty friendly and the beds were good. That’s it! The bathrooms are really outdated, the carpets were stained really really bad. And the worst of all, MY WATCH GOT STOLEN BY THE HOUSEKEEPING. And there not even thinking about meeting me halfway with some kind of refund or compensation. Take your money and go somewhere else. And if you do come here, leave all your expensive belongings at home.

Stayed in the Mercure Hotel as part of the quarantine hotel scheme. Staff was very polite and helpful at all time. Room was clean and comfortable (standard double room) only criticism would be the food, as 90% of what was served was spicy food. A bit more variety would be welcomed. But on the whole it was pleasant say with all efforts made to make the quarantine as comfortable as possible.

I spent my managed hotel quarantine days there and checked out on 22nd September. I must say I had a wonderful time staying there. The staff are really friendly and responsive. Lamb chop, vegetable lasagna and beef lasagna were delicious!! Just a little suggestion, a variation in breakfast can be brought. The same hash brown, sausages everyday seems a little boring. Thanks for making my hotel quarantine days enjoyable!!
