Friendliest most helpful staff ever. Convenient for all terminals. The food was very good. We had the meal deal which was excellent value. The breakfast was amazing and the lady who was serving saw that I had mobility issues, and offered to go up for me. The selection was very good and tasty. The coffee comes from a Costa machine and the quality was excellent. The accessible room was well equipped and was easily heated on a cold winters night. No noise disturbance at all. A great hotel for winter travellers to and from the airport or even for a weekend break to the City. Great value and 5* all around.

I'm here at the T5 hotel regularly on business. The staff are always fantastic and a credit to the Premier Inn chain. I must personally thank your employee, Snedden, who has gone over and above than expected on more than one occasion. Please can you pass on my appreciation for his outstanding customer service.

The staff really made the stay great, they are so friendly and nice. The chef was very friendly and chatted to us. The airplane noise wasn’t too bad, so we all got a good Nights sleep.

We did not expect what we got: it was our Wedding Anniversary on 28/11/21. We checked inn on 27th .. the room was nice and clean, cozy for the season. The F&B staff was very welcoming, great ambiance, polite service and definitely relished the food. Alison was very friendly, He made our Anniversary dinner ( my husband n myself) a memorable one. The restaurant was extremely busy but He constantly checked on our comforts, gradually we got to know that Alison hailed from Goa India, ( we had a common origin). The entire team gave us a surprise anniversary gift and card…. Truly it was a blessing to have this celebration at PREMIER INN with such great people around. Thank you Alison and the restaurant team. All the best to Alison..

Cheap and oh so nearly cheerful. It was a very busy hotel but check-in was quick but not welcoming. The room was spacious and clean however the air-conditioning despite being turned off was very noisy. Earplugs recommended. If staying at present beware the cladding is being replaced and work begins at 8am. I would recommend that you have a walk into Longford and visit the pub(s) there. Worth a visit in itself.

Along with the convenient location, the service was professional and efficient. We were impressed with the front desk staff and restaurant. The food was also served hot and promptly. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The only thing is that the reception staff advised that the Airport bus accepts cash and cards, but they did not.

Premier Inn by London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 is a unique brand. As always, it is a home away from home. Despite the ongoing external renovation works, the services were as usual qualitative. Cleanness is also one of the hallmarks of the Inn. For anyone or family who desires to have good rest, very good food at the most affordable prices, especially with the meal deal, Premier Inn is highly recommended, being particularly family and children friendly. In addition, the staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Parking was free and transport to and from the Airport was without any hassle. Uber, taxis and buses are readily available.

Cracking location if you are flying out of Terminal 5 at Heathrow. The Premier Inn's don't vary that much over the UK, but give them their due they are generally consistent. The staff here are really helpful and friendly which made for a great stay. Travelling to T5 is easy too with the 423 bus stopping right outside the hotel. Be aware the 'Heathrow Free Flow' zone is suspended at the moment so you will have to pay £1.20 each!! Cheaper than a cab or the 'hoppa' bus though...
