It was a very basic room but the bed was very comfortable. I was quite impressed with it. It was worth the money. I stayed here for a night with my wife and children and we all enjoyed it. The air conditioning was a nice touch as it was a very warm night. Breakfast was basic but adequate and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, functional shower. Great for a night. Got to sleep around 11 due to planes flying over head, but not unexpected as so close to Heathrow. Window didn't shut properly and TV needs reprogramming channels which haven't been on for about 5 years still on there so not working. Also only 1 towel and there were 3 of us but there where 3 cups and 3 soaps. Apart from the points noted above over all we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was very small...but then it's a "budget " hotel so its expected. Breakfast too was nice and they asked you if you wanted more when its even time to close the breakfast! Oh and they keep your bags too for you ...very safely. Definitely worth it!

Bare minimum. Room was clean and tidy but very small. Check in is at the snack bar. Convenient to the tube, groceries, food, and a short walk to shopping. We usually like Ibis hotels but this one was a little disappointing...very small entry and rooms. The snack shop is dingy. It is in a less than desirable area.

Had a nice weekend here. Nice clean room, towels and nice ladies from the house keeping. They were nice and respectful but one of them I can't not remember her name and I'm sorry for that, was the lady with the short hair. Very friendly and nice. She doesn't speak English that much but she still made me feel better after a long hard day. Her face can tell easy that she is a cool nice and good person. Merry Christmas everyone and I'll see you again in the nearest future.

Hello I am here to leave a good feedback for the house keeping. Always my room was nice, clean, always fresh air inside my room. Clean bathroom, clean bed, clean mirror, toilet etc. All the ladies were nice and respectful, and they are still in specially the lady with the short hair since I’ve came in the hotel. So I am happy with what I’ve got from the house keeping since my 1st day at the hotel. That’s what I like to see in a hotel. Thank you very much and wish you all the best.

Good points : cheap and excellent location. Food places are just around the corner and reasonable parking charges. Customer service was good. Bad points: rooms not suitable for families, toilets and showers are very small. There is no air conditioning in the rooms so very warm at night. Opening the windows will only allow noise pollution. Rooms could do with a more thorough clean. Would only stay if I was traveling alone. Not again with family!

Pros: the location and price. Very accessible by public transport, nice range of shops, and relatively close to Heathrow, and reasonably helpful staff. Cons: Weird bathroom layout, wastes a lot of space in an already small room; no cupboard; and useless air-conditioning controls.

2/ 5

Generally clean and front desk staff were helpful. Great location and sensible rates. Unfortunately there were plumbing problems with foul smell from the shower (room 143). We moved as the problem repeated the second day. Housekeeping was a little slack in cleaning rooms and rooms were a little squeezy. We've had good experiences in other ibis hotels but we won't be going back to this one.
