The Hotel staff was excellent. All of them, the receptionists, cleaning staff and people working in the kitchen, were very friendly and helpful even late in the night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and delivered a broad variety. The only negative was the lack of cleanliness in the hotel rooms. The bathroom was clean but the carpet in the bedroom and hallway was dusty and dirty. Especially the area under the bed. There I found plenty of dust mice and hair. The bedsheets seemed clean but the feeling of being in a dirty room didn't go away. All in all I recommend staying in this hotel

Very nice place to stay and mooch around London. Stayed along with senior citizens group. Rooms are tidy but smaller in size as mostly prevails in hotels. Breakfast with mammoth variety be it bread, juices, hot beverages or non veg items etc was fresh and relishing.

As soon as we arrived we were offered a complimentary cappuccino or fruit juice, great start. Check-in was quick and simple. The room was clean and of a decent size. The bed was large and very comfortable with different firmness pillows on offer. Great location right next to Wembley stadium and the train station and underground a short walk away. Parking wasn't a problem but rather expensive, we paid £40 for one night which is controlled by an automated machine recording when you entered.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Had to wait over an hour for additional towels and bedding as there were 4 of us in the family room and only catered for 3. A minor complaint as overall experience was good.
