Great place to stay when visiting London by car. Free parking just off the A40. Short walk across the bridge to the tube. Rooms are well kept and staff are extremely helpful and cheerful. I will be booking here again. Many thanks!

This is the best premier inn we have stayed in! Charles on reception was the most enjoyable part of the stay. He went above and beyond to help us and was always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and a good aircon unit. The pub next door does a great premier inn breakfast and the drinks are good prices. Only ashort walk to station for main line and only about 20 mins to center. Would definatly stay here again!

The staff were polite and helpful. However, when we arrived the computer systems were not working which meant the staff members had to keep getting up and opening the main and room doors every time anybody wanted to get in and out. The room itself wasn't as clean as I would expect, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The beds were particularly uncomfortable. It was a family room and one of the single beds was so hard with springs protruding I had to let my daughter in the double bed so she could get some sleep while I spent a sleepless night on the single. Considering the room had three beds in it we had only been given one rather deflated pillow each with only two spares. We won't be staying again.

Staff very friendly, polite and attentive. Restaurant was excellent as I couldn’t fault the food or the service. If I had one criticism regarding the room, it was that there wasn’t the usual huge premier inn pillows. Just normal ones and just one each. Overall though really excellent stay.
