Great stopping place for single person. Clean tidy and very basic. Only problem I experienced was the shower floods and the coffee/snack machine were both broken for the nights I were there. Staff very friendly and helpful.

For your money, you get a tiny, ergonomically designed box with not a single excess info of space that is nonetheless clean. Unfortunately, there's no means to control the temperature of your box and at five in the morning, the walls were sweating and my glasses too fogged to see through while the corridor was gloriously cold, but inaccessible while asleep.

2/ 5

I stayed here being stuck at Heathrow after my connection flight has been cancelled and better hotels in the area were full. Receptionist was nice and helpful. Room and bathroom were reasonably clean, better than expected. Plenty of UK outlets in the room. I expected lack of AC in the room, but lack of ANY kind of ventilation was a real problem. One can suffer through one night on a layover, but I would not recommend unless absolutely necessary.

Small comfortable room with an excellent reception team. Plenty of electrical outlets and a tv. Late check out option for £15 is well worth it. Free wifi, TV with UK channels. The bathroom was the only let down but it's impressive for the space available.

I'll start with the positive points and then negatives. Price was a positive point, if you are only looking for a private place to sleep and you book it in advance the double room with no window is a good option for £24.99. However, if you don't book in advance the price I booked at £38. I would say it was not worth the money. There was clean towels and a fan in the room. The receptionist made the stay so much better. Negatives are, the room wasnt cleaned properly. Very dusty. The toilet is the most disgusting toilet I've ever used and the room got really stuffy as there was no ventilation. Toilet was really not up to standards. It was the worst part of the stay. They need to seriously renovate and add ventilation in the toilet.

Stayed over for a night with a friend, it was okay and in line with the price we paid, parking was £5 which again, was acceptable. The receptionists were lovely and helpful. We did have to ask for the TV remote which was behind reception, for some odd reason and was a little broken, but worked anyway. We also asked had to ask for some cups/cutlery. It would be nice to have at least some disposable cups left in the room, as well as a bin. The room was clean, although it did have a strong smell when we walked in, it wasn't unpleasant per se, but it was very strong. Toilet/shower was on the small side, but works okay. It's a good place to stay if in need for an overnight stay or short-term, but not for anything longer. The courtyard area is accessible, although you walk through what seems to be an emergency door, receptionists said that this was okay though - it would be nice to have a clear sign to that part, as it is quite nice, with chairs and tables. Overall, it was okay for the money we paid and would suffice for a layover/1-night stay.

I stayed on the 30th July for work. I checked in around 5pm. The manager was on his own and he is a credit to this company. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, I forgot to ask but he was working alone, clearly rushed off his feet and his level of professionalism, courtesy and kindness to a knackered flight attendant who just wanted a cup of tea was outstanding. He was extremely patient with all hotel guests and couldn’t do enough for everyone. I have used this hotel before and cannot complain for the price.

Absolutely filthy. Floors that turned my white socks brown immediately. Really bad smelling bathroom. Dark dirt on the towels. Dusty and dust bunnies everywhere. Boot prints on the walls. I left pretty much immediately and did not spend the night.
