Finally I have the occasion to update this review. I had the occasion to visit again this hotel during the Christmas time. Traveling as air crew I really appreciated this airport hotel, specially the modern and smart design of the interiors, very luminous I would say as well. Rooms are spacious, clean, with a very nice interiors style. Absolutely comfortable the king size bed. The fitness area is not so huge but quite well equipped for both cardio and weights exercises. Well organized, various and smart as well the room service menu. Delicious signature burger. I had the occasion to enjoy the restaurant and the bar this time. The looking of of the restaurant is so smart, warm and welcoming. And I was really impressed by food choice, I tried the seafood and everything was so delicate and well presented. Breakfast buffet is immaculate, variegated and so tasty. I really appreciated the complementary espresso machine at the lobby. The hotel staff is very kind, professional and welcoming. Absolutely recommended.

Very friendly staff and ensured our needs were taken care, they explained all the amenities. Our room was very clean, up to date, great size for the cost. The front desk personnel were so very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. The bus shuttle cost to the terminal is €5 if you get the ticket from the front desk, €6 at the bus. The bus took about 15-20,minutes to get to our terminal (T3). All in all it was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend the Hilton at terminal 4 it was a pleasure.

Very clean hotel with a fantastic club, and a great location! It would have been helpful, however, if they'd contacted us to let us know Terminal 4 was closed, and we'd have to find a different way to get there. No information about this was shared until we arrived (had to backtrack on the Tube, then take a bus). Other than that, no complaints.

Room was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The manager at the restaurant on did a great job in handling a big crowd. He made sure that everyone was taken cared of. He even busts tables just to accommodate people faster. Excellent customer service

Really comfortable bed, amazing room design, good lights for working on your laptop or studying and for chilling also. Easy access to charge devices. Professional staff. Definitely one of the best for a layover ,if not the best.
