The staff were helpful, polite and professional. The rooms were clean The food wasn't bad Some days the car park did fill up, so when I found a good spot, I left it there and walked. I stayed in a few different rooms and the air-conditioning didn't work in any of them. I can't knock a star off for that because it was fairly cool on the weeks I stayed, but during summer, that could be an issue.

Such a wonderful stay! We stayed 7 nights here on our trip to London and began calling this place “home”. The staff is so kind and professional and we loved talking with them! They made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you! Highly recommend this hotel.

If you don't get one of the new rooms you get a tired old room with bare wooden floors, you can hear every moment of the other guests above, and adjoining rooms in the hotel. The corridors also have wooden floors. The noise is terrible.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms well kept. Food unremarkable.
