5/ 5

Nice, cozy rooms very close to the jubilee line underground station (actually over the ground here) of Hounslow Central. Hardly 2 minutes walk to station, 2-3 minutes to high street, 2-3 minutes to Asda and plenty of restaurant options nearby. You’d get discounted rates as usual if you stay 2 or more days and prepay on their websites (actually they charge only at check-in). The room is medium sized with clean and functional bathroom. The rooms facing the front appeared better. Didn’t try their breakfast, hence can’t tell. Staff at the front desk were very helpful. Very good, and I returned to stay here on my follow up visit to London.

A great hotel with some of the best staff I have ever come across . If you’re lucky Marta or Dory will greet you with a smile and make checking in a breeze. Nothing is too much for the staff. Whether Ethan or his twin brother John are serving in the bar or restaurant they will make the trip a pleasure. Everyone is always happy to see you, a great change from the norm. The rooms are clean and tidy and a welcome rest. Stay on the car park side if you can and you’ll get a good nights sleep. Car parking is free and the breakfast is as good as you can get. I can’t recommend this hotel

Clean and comfortable, and reasonably priced. Very convenient to the Piccadilly line tube, 15 minutes to Heathrow, 40 minutes to Central London. On-site Restaurant and Bar. Rooms are comfortably furnished, internet works well, bathrooms are spotless. One of my go-to hotels for when I'm in London.
