Well managed with attention to detail at the forefront. Clean spacious rooms. Superb chef and team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for large parties, weddings etc as the food is 5* and NEVER COLD, DRY OR LATE. waiting staff on point too. Could do with more check in/out behind reception as this is its one downfall. All in all....WELL DONE.

My wife and I stayed here the night before our flight back to the US. Some here have mentioned that the hotel is a little dated. That may be so, but in my view it is an excellent hotel. The room was large and clean, the furniture was comfortable, and most importantly to me, the room was very quiet. Some newer hotels don't provide the soundproofing that older buildings have. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and efficient. The dinner menu was excellent, and the quality of the food and service were second to none in this price point. Ingress and egress to the parking lot were easy, and there was ample parking. Although there was a fee to park, it was less than some nearby hotels. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. And I certainly intend to stay there the next time I'm at Heathrow.

It's one of my worst hotel experiences. It took a very long time and multiple tries for anyone to pick up the phone whenever I called from my room to get some help. When someone finally picked up my call, I was blatantly told that there was no porter service in the early morning (5.30 am of 9 August 2019) despite being an airport hotel and despite me informing the front office that I had a party of 6 with many large suitcases. The day before, I witnessed how stressed up the front office staff was trying to cope with the heavy workload. There's just simply insufficient staff strength to cope with guest requirements. Very poorly managed at the top, I believe. Totally disappointing! The only shred of hope is the fact that the food served in the restaurant at dinner was pretty good. That's all, really.

Great hotel. We had a wonderful room. Check-in was crazy busy but quick, friendly and efficient . Choice of eating/ drinking so all was good. Taxi from hotel to terminal cost same for two as the shuttle bus. Would happily stay there again.

Not sure why there are recent reviews here. The hotel has been closed for over a year and boarded up around the outside. With a little Google search I found they are still closed but are accommodating 400+ migrants. So if you were looking for rooms it just says they are closed
