We planned on staying for an early flight which was then cancelled and moved to the next day. There was no problem and we got to enjoy breakfast. Staff, service, etc were all lovely. The room itself was a standard hotel. We had no problem with our stay. Our only suggestion would be a free airport shuttle- it is on time, but costs extra.

5/ 5

This is a great choice if you need to overnight at Heathrow before a morning flight. It's 5 minutes walk from Hatton Cross tube and bus stops, for easy and direct connections to any of the terminals. Rooms are always clean and comfortable, though bathrooms are on the small and basic side compared to the more upmarket properties in Hilton's portfolio. There's a Costa coffee, a restaurant and a bar on site, and the staff have been consistently friendly on numerous visits.

I don't recommend for families at all. When we arrived with 8 suitcases nobody helped, we had to ask for it. It was a pain to manage those suitcases. The room was very tiny, the extra bed was very hard to open. The toilet flush went forever, the bathtub was from the 80s. The dinner was everything but tasty. The breakfast was very good. All in all: We won't come back again that's for sure.

Take 5 min train and walk 8 min is best way to arrive at hotel. Hotel shuttle costs £5 and slow. Gym good with sufficient equipment. Bar good for lunch and late drink. Restaurant offers moderate breakfast but good dinner.

Convenient in terms of its close proximity to Hatton Cross station. Reasonable breakfast. However, rooms are very basic for the price. Poor noise insulation between rooms. You can hear people in adjacent rooms and also above talking at normal conversation level.

Lovely hotel very comfortable rooms, busy restaurant and bar. In an excellent location with easy access to the airport on the shuttle bus. Would have been 5 star but service in the restaurant was not great probably due to being short of staff as most hotels are these days. That's life.

Poor service checking in. No acknowledgement of me standing waiting to be served. Waiting for a while to finally be beckoned towards the desk. I have a "reporting Scotland" level of Scottish accent. Felt there was a language barrier due to this. However room was lovely and clean. Bed comfortable. Decent breakfast selection.

The hotel is really quiet. We'll equipped and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and happy to help however they can. It is a 5 minute drive to any if the terminals. With terminal 4 being the closest. Great place to stay, pre or post a flight.

5/ 5

Good hotel for the price. Location is convenient for Heathrow, can either walk to Hatton cross tube station or take a public bus. Hotel Hoppa seemed unreliable. Rooms were a good size, and breakfast was great considering it's a relatively cheap hotel. Fresh waffles (you make them yourself, but it's very easy) and option to have eggs cooked to your liking. No real noise from airport either.

The room I had (431) was nice and quiet. This is a very busy location. The buffet breakfast is well worth the extra cost. I do feel that there are too many people there for it to be entirely safe at this time. I understand the comments below from the management but a better effort from the staff to keep their masks on would be an improvement regardless of government guidelines.
