From start to finish Tailored Developments helped with interior concept creation as well as passing and advising through every stage of planning permission in a commercial property. Even with all the uncertainty due to red tape in acquiring planning permissions we felt comfortable with the given advise and we able to achieve change of use in a conservation area as well as prior approval. We hired Pratik for our Extension and refurbishment project, he explained everything clearly, easily giving us great ideas and options to work with and planning approval first time round. He also helped design the whole interior and worked to our requirements including our new kitchen and living space with some custom furniture, but also having a bathroom downstairs. Due to work commitments we were worried that we would not be able to keep track and make sure the building works were correct. We chose him to project manage for us, he regularly kept us updated with progress and managed the builders on site but also the installation of the interior and kitchen right to the finish. Fair to say we were extremely happy with the level of service profesionalism and results Pratik provided from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family. I am very pleased with the work delivered by Tailored Developments. Right from the very start, it was professional, friendly and as experts they guided me and my wife on what we should do with our loft extension and ground floor structural drawings. I had many questions through the process and everything was always answered simply and I felt assured that what we are doing was the best approach to meeting our requirements. What was then delivered in terms of architectural drawings was above what I expected. It met the councils requirements and it provided detailed information for my builders to quote on and now also use as a guide to the overall build itself. The process to then submit planning to the local council for approval for very smooth and we got the grant on schedule. I am very pleased with what Tailored Developments had done and I would certainly recommend them. No doubt I will be using them again in the near future again.
