Very bad service by Hasan, he was not helpful at allll!! Rude and ignorant... The court opening hours are 9am to 4pm and he only offered 10am appointment all week, which means I’ve to take a day off from work to get my PE3 forms stamped. He also said take your forms to solicitors office Instead. I’ve never experienced such bad service unbelievably bad!

Terrible, the Usher presumed I would lose after claimant issued notice of discontinuance. Does anyone actually pick up the phone here?

I had a great experience on the phone with the help desk. They answered all my questions and even checked with a supervisor on the details of my case. Only reason I have 4 stars and not 5 is you can only contact them via post and in person.

Been calling the switchboard for 3 days, various times throughout the day, no answer!!!

You have to be very lucky your phone call will be answered. I tried so many times and no answer. Today I given a go early morning and eventually... a male staff answered my call informing me that he can't hear anything and without giving me a chance to speak louder he put the phone down.Instantly I called again but this time the call stright away was switched to automated service: its been not possible to connect your call ! It's been played every time I make a call! I know he is there but no bothers to answer.

I am in shock. Phone up this morning, managed to get an appointment in the next hour, I was advised to bring my PASSPORT for the appointment and other documents. As I arrived few minutes before my slot, the personel asked for my driving license which I didn’t have as I was told my PASSPORT was enough! The gentleman laughed and start asking questions how is he mean-to proceed if I’m not giving him the right documentation, handed me back my passport (telling me I’m not even a British Citizen to start off!!) Absolutely disrespectful. I tried to ask if I can come back in max 30 min, he said no that will have to be tomorrow (I mentioned on the call this morning that tomorrow I will be stuck at work all day) and it was urgent and my appointment only needed a signature! The gentleman have said he is doing me a favour with smirking face and kept saying he can not help me! Also asked me would I come here if Staines is nearby!??? Obviously I choosen this one for a reason, because it was last minute and all the other Courts were busy! I said I can not make it so the person shut the shutters in front of my face and left his desk! I have never seen someone so rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. They work there to support their customers, I’m extremely disappointed. This was very unpleasant visit, I’m very upset how I got treated by a man where I was the customer and I needed help. Awful experience. I do not recommend this place at all.

A Robot is in charge as usual, impossible to connect your call, why are all government and c ouncils unable to answer calls, furlough finished weeks ago

Disgusting rude service. My son needed to take ID with him in order to sign a statutory declaration at the court. He took his passport and has done three previous times, but he was told, they didn’t care he’d used that previously, the answer was no.

Absolutely disgraceful use of public funds paying Staff in Brentford County Court who do not do the most basic of tasks such as picking up their telephone enquiry line. Worst experience now seeing my MP.
