Attended the durga puja organized by London Sharad Utsav. Five star experience!

Durga pratima was beautiful. However missed opportunities. Puja timing was not getting followed, Anjali was not great, Posto was making huge business. Food quality was not that great compare to the price. Thali was not having all the items but the person was busy charging in full without any receipt. In my experience, it has such a good space and pratima but missing the experience.

Great venue but some major changes taking place in the next month

1 star is really too much for the services you guys should provide and it's government's service, despite all that I have been trying to talk to someone since the Easter holiday finished and still here with nothing I've left so many messages and still no response its actually hard to make an appointment with you I'm really fed up and disappointed. Really poor what a disappointingd from you. 0☆

Great Venu to hold a wedding in London as long as you qualify to get married .l objected when registrar asked if there was an objection .She smelt trouble but all l said was l would like to hang on to my loving daughter bit longer .But the wedding went forward as planned .

Fantastic arrangement by London Sharad Utsav group, kudos to them for arranging and controlling the festival in such an organised fashion. However, I wouldn't say same about the participants and guests, this was a celebration for Maa Durga upasana and arcana and all we witnessed was a mayhem for a photo suite from people in the puja hall. Since When have we become so arrogant and insensitive about maintaining the sanctity of the puja premise!! Photography is fine but where's the nannerism and sanctity of a puja sthal? Is this what you are teaching to the new generation? Once again hats off to the organisers and shame to those who were creating a rukus in the puja hall for marely photo session.

I am living in Ealing, 80 meters away from a Rubbish recycling plant, and almost every morning have to wake up at 5am for noises 10x more that allowed in the law by this council, which has a serious effect on my mental health. Despite this issue has been reported more than 20 times by my community, where mostly students are living, the council didn't manage to do anything, the noises are keep happening, which is comparable to a War Zone, but right here in Ealing.

Went for first covid jab.very efficient, polite people doing it. In and out in minutes. Well done to all concerned. Another few weeks for booster. Its making use of the old town hall.
