How It Works

1: Get in touch

Let us know what type of property you have, where it’s located and its condition and we will get back to you. We have no limit of the size or type of property we buy. We have previously purchased everything from maisonettes to multi-million pound houses so there is no prototype of ‘typical’ properties we buy. There is absolutely no obligation – or cost associated with getting an offer from us.

2: Get an offer

If your property fits within our parameters, we will use our underwriting team which has access to information in real time and top of the range software to provide you with a provisional offer. If you are happy to proceed, we will arrange for totally independent local estate agents to value your property. At this point, we will then send you a formal offer.
