Love your life!!! Just wanted to thankyou all for helping me mentally and physically!! Kids creche is amazing!!! Gives me a chance to have time out to focus on myself while my 3 babies are in a happy safe environment. 🌼🌼🌼

Your Life Fitness Centre is an excellent gym, they offer so much in terms of classes, equipment and great facilities. They also recently renovated their bathrooms and I must say they are so modern and fresh! The staff are all so lovely and genuine and are always friendly when you visit. Their fees are very competitive and it truly is a great environment to work out in. I highly recommend :-)

One of the best. It starts with ample parking, 24/7 hours of operation, fantastic skilled and helpful staff, wide and roomy more than any other fitness centre, plenty of excellent work out stations, best equipment, well airconditioned and fans operating over the aerobics stations for a pleasant feeling. All in all a real pleasure.

Thank you to the wonderful Your Life Team! You always have so much on offer. You are always upgrading the gym with state of the art fitness equipment. The Life Fit room is amazing and the class is second to none! The bathrooms are gorgeous! I have never seen such beautiful bathrooms at a gym before. The hairdryers and hair straighteners are a bonus for members. Plenty of car parking and easy access from Lake Road, away from the traffic congestions. I have worked in other fitness centres as a qualified fitness instructor, but none compare to this. I am a foundation member of Your Life Fitness and have no intention of going elsewhere due to the professional level of classes, trainers, friendly staff and humble, yet professional owners. Your life is the best gym in town, i love that it has fitness passport and that the facility is available to use 24hrs a day. Gavin and the staff are awesome people and the upgrades are amazing.
