Just been in and left very happy. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a great range of furniture at great prices. Definitely going back!

Good place to take your unwanted bits and bobs to. Plenty of willing help on hand to assist in unloading your furniture. And they do take electrical items too, as I left a heated towel rail with them. Plenty to browse through. Pricing structure is in two tiers, one price for the needier folk on assistance, like OAP's etc and one for Joe Bloggs who can afford to pay a bit more. There is parking right outside but not many slots - it is at Raylor Centre and worth paying a visit.

Have visited the store today witnessed a very rude man( a customer ) interrupt my transaction must be the reviewer below, anybody who makes a profit from a charity says a lot a that person. Staff could not have been more apologetic about it will be visiting again.

Most of the staff are rude even to the tourists, my experience with this company isn't too great. Concerned about the other people who may have a bad experience with this place so I'm writing this review.

Saw a horriffic in teraction today between " Kevin " a manager and a member of the public think they are gangsters thugs wow thought I was in Brixton or the Bronx dare not go back ever ... a man called Kev was just out to fight , think he does not like customers ! Wow never seen such aggression and hate

A brilliant community resource, selling high quality second hand goods at a an excellent price. I want to especially thank Mike and Kevin who delivered my goods this afternoon, in the heat and up and many steps. They truly went the extra mile in lifting heavy goods up to my flat and taking an old washing machine down again. All done with such kindness and humility - thank you to both of you, you're such an asset to the store.

Absolutely superb service - friendly/compassionate and understanding real people's needs - I've just had so much support as I finally move to independent living having spent time firstly in hostel then supported living. They deserve this recognition as do the CYC housing support team! Thank you all🙏

Great service. A large range of furniture items with stock changing regularly. And all items are amazing prices. I'll definitely be returning again.
