No matter what your size or shape, level of fitness or whether you have ever tried yoga before, you are welcome!  It is our aim to make yoga as accessible as possible and a wonderful empowering experience for all. Classes are designed and adapted to suit all needs whether you are a total novice or a more experienced student. You will be supported to develop your practice step by step  and encouraged to explore challenges suitable for the level you are at.  Our approach is individualised and tailored to your particular needs.  With this tailored approach each participant is able to achieve maximum benefits and build up their practice safely and sustainably.  We offer group classes, prenatal/pregnancy classes, and one-to-one tuition.
